Glyndon Community 1st July 2020 Re: CORONAVIRUS SITUATION AND FUTURE REOPENING This announcement is an update onthe current situation concerning the future reopening of the Glyndon Community Group’s facilities; namely Glyndon community Centre, Coldharbour Community Hall, Invicta Community Hall and Slade Hall. Having reviewed the latest Government guidance for the safe use of multipurpose community facilities issued yesterday (30June20) which clearly states: “From the 4th July users of community facilities should limit their social interactions to 2 households (including support bubbles) in any location”.  At present this can not be achieved so it will be necesary for all sites to remain closed until further notice to ensure the safety of our staff and users. Rest assured, that as and when we reopen robust safety measures will be put in place, including relevent levels of PPE and infection control measures. The future reopening will only occur once updated detailed risk assessments have been carried out and the Management Board are satisfied that we can operate safely.
